Jurassic Production Facility – Kuwait

METRADE was extensively involved in supplying piping materials through the various stages of the project on both long and short deliveries. Many special materials were the key take away for the team in the execution of the orders for this project.

Taweelah Desalination Plant

METRADE was extensively involved in supplying Super duplex pipes and fittings flanges up to 28”. The delivery at the later stages were challenging with the project falling short of critical big size pipes and fittings. Metrade was approached to source and execute this requirement critically where time was money. The METRADE team assisted and successfully supplied all the material within 4- 6 weeks.

Sewage Treatment Plant

METRADE supplied Globe and Gate Valves to one of the prestigious water treatment projects in Jordan. We successfully completed this job within 5 months. The size of the valves created a unique challenge for the logistic team of METRADE, which with its experience shipped it in open containers and protecting the valves by special material. The Valves were reassembled and tested at METRADE UAE approved facility in presence of the client and the client’s inspector and METRADE appointed a third-party inspector. This order has been one of the prides of our sales department due to the size of the valves involved.

FPSO Balaine Project - Phase 1

METRADE was extensively involved in supplying complete piping material on a FAST TRACK basis for the complete rebuilding of FPSO BALAINE –Phase 1. The FPSO landed in Dubai Drydocks at the start of November and the contractor had 7 months to complete the project and handover back to the client. The METRADE team worked day in day out to assist the complex requirement and was side by side with the contractor and the fabricator and assisted to complete the piping valves for the project. This has been by large one of the most difficult and challenging orders that was handed over to us by any client.

Jubail 3 A Desalination Plant

We are proud to have supplied Duplex and Super Duplex stainless steel piping materials to the Jubail 3A Independent Water Plant in Jubail. These high-performance materials are widely used in desalination projects for their superior strength and excellent corrosion resistance in seawater applications.

Aramco Modular Skid & LTA Project

METRADE supplied valves, fittings and flanges to various needs of both the skid and EPC contractors for the above project. With our strong presence with LVF we have been managing these types of orders in our favour on a regular basis.
